Suggested Use

This set includes 7 blends, one for each of the major Chakras.

This set is designed for the energy practitioner or anyone interested in energy work with the intention of balancing the chakras, whether for yourself or in your practice.  It is advised to assist client in applying the blends to him/herself.

The blends are concentrated and potent, 20% dilution, a little goes a long way.

It is not advisable to apply all seven of these blends at the same time. It is recommended to choose 1 -3 desired blends.

Tap the base of the bottle to apply one or two drops of the Chakra blend to the area of the corresponding Chakra.

Recommended Methods of application by Chakra

Alternate method simply apply a drop or two of the desired blend on your wrist at the pulse point, or on palm of your hands. Rub your hands together and breathe in the aroma while visualizing the positive outcome.

Root Chakra

Apply on the soles of the feet, the soles being the connection with the earth.  

Visualize the color red.

Key words:  I am… (who am I as a physical being).  Grounded. Stable.

Sacral Chakra:

Apply on the abdomen, just below naval.

Visualize the color orange.

Key words: I create. Pleasure. Openness.

Solar Plexus Chakra:

Apply to the center of the diaphragm area at the level of the lowest ribs, or base of sternum.

Visualize the color yellow.

Key words: Personal power, sense of self, confidence.

Heart Chakra:

Apply over the chest/heart area.

Visualize the color green (or pink).

Key words: Unconditional Love, Caring, Unity.

Throat Chakra:

Apply over the throat

Visualize the color blue.

Key words: Truth, Communication

Third Eye Chakra

Apply to center of the forehead.

Visualize the color indigo (blueish purple)

Key words: Intuition, vision, purpose.

Crown Chakra

Apply to top of the head or just above the forehead near the hairline.

Visualization: the color white.

Key words: Oneness, realization, prayer.

Use with caution, never near the eyes. For external application only.
